Ministry Formation Program's website
Ministry Formation Program (MFP) is a very good program that offers to all deaf and hard-of-hearing adults who are interested in serving as Pastor’s Workers (active lay ministers).

​MFP provides two-year training program taught by priests, nuns, deacons and lay ministers. They all are skilled in total communication.  The program is located near Chicago.

The program is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago, the National Catholic Office of the Deaf (NCOD) and the International Catholic Deaf Association (ICDA).
