Ministry Formation Program (MFP) is a very good program that offers to all deaf and hard-of-hearing adults who are interested in serving as Pastor’s Workers (active lay ministers).

MFP provides two-year training program taught by priests, nuns, deacons and lay ministers. They all are skilled in total communication. The program is located near Chicago.
